Position Overview: The Lead (AVP) , Partner Marketing will lead the communication efforts for all partners across AIR MILES, defining the strategy and G2 M plans annually and executing and optimizing based on performance. Key metrics of success will be tied to partner metrics including acquisition and engagement KPIs as appropriate. This role will be directly accountable for marketing performance of all partner campaigns in market working closely with relevant internal teams across Client Success, Data, Media and Brand. Responsibilities: Marketing strategy and go to market plans across a variety of partner verticals. Leadership of multiple agile teams supporting in developing strategies and continuously testing and optimizing against core measures Partners at a senior level with core partners and Client Success leads to ensure we are meeting goals and expectations Working collaboratively to drive a differentiating content-driven B2 B marketing strategy and supporting on new business opportunities Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience in Branding and Marketing, B2 C or B2 BMinimum of 5 yeas of Supervisory experience required Proven success in leading account relationships, preference for within an agency with a variety of vertical experience Proven leadership skills with an ability to build strong internal & external "influencer" relationships, and relations with the Executive Committee and C level contacts Proven management experience with direct and indirect reports at all levels Solid understanding of customer management, loyalty, analytic services & the direct marketing industry Proven experience in marketing and communications strategy development. Ideally in a fast paced, agile first environment. Self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
