Job Duties:• Safely drive straight trucks up to 26 feet between locations• Organize and direct the team of movers• Safely move/load/pack/unpack customer’s belongings by utilizing all of the proper moving equipment and techniques and following the necessary safety measures• Exercise care in handling items to prevent damage during transportation• Furniture dismantling and setup up• Ensure paperwork and revenues collected are properly managed• Organize and secure truck at the end of each job• Ensure company vehicles are clean and maintained• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional teamwork and customer service

Requirements:• Vulnerable Sector Check• Valid G licence• Clean Driver’s Extract• Able to drive Straight trucks up to 26 feet• At least 25 years old depending on insurance requirements• One year of driving experience is required• Six months of moving industry experience is preferred• Knowledge of Provincial and Federal driving requirements, rules and regulations.• Ability to direct the work of others when necessary• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
