In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your OpportunityOur Toronto office is looking for a Junior Endpoint Management Specialist to join the IT End User Compute team and take part in the following responsibilities:Manage and maintain Intune Mobile policiesParticipate in management of Windows and MacOS devices in an enterprise environmentUsing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and other software and systems.Knowledge of MEM/SCCM collections, packages, applications, drivers, task sequences and images, boot media creationParticipate in and develop OSD, including configuration, customization of task sequences, images and boot media creationTroubleshooting MEM deployment failures, task sequence problems, errors on Windows and MEM component errorsKnowledge writing and troubleshooting PowerShell and VBScript scriptsWindows Administration and support of Windows operating systems issues, applications, compatibility issues, debugging system crashesWork collaboratively with the Information Security team to secure and harden workstations while ensuring end user experience is maintainedMaintain Virtual Apps and Desktop infrastructure (Citrix/AVD) in a hybrid environmentRespond to and resolve level 3 support requests as well as change and service requests via ServiceNowUse your oral and written communication skills, as well as technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability daily to support BDO internal users as well as participate in projects and initiativesAbility to work flexible hours when requiredHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; client’s describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains and attracts talentYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplaceYou grow your expertise through learning and professional developmentYour experience and educationYou have a College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, or completion of at least 2 years of post-secondary education3+ years of previous IT support experience working in a technology / systems department.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configmgr), Intune, WSUS, Orchestrator, MacOS, iOSWork experience deploying and administering compute resources in AzureAdvanced working knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Citrix, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V Server, Virtual Networking, SharePoint, SQL Server, SQL queries and SSRS, TCP/IP networking protocolsProven problem-solving skills, service oriented, and solution drivenFluent in creating and writing powershell scripting of multi-line complex tasks.Experience with conducting Root Cause Analysis on major incidents, change and problem management proceduresAbility to digest new and changing technologies and brings to light how they may impact/benefit our organizationAbility to assume responsibility for multiple concurrent issues, applying appropriate prioritizationAbility to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying technical abilitiesExperience in developing and delivering training contentExperience with the following will be considered an asset : Adaptiva OneSite, ServiceNow, CyberArk EPM, BeyondTrust Priviledge Management, ApplockerIndustry certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dev Ops and Office 365 certifications is a preferredWhy BDO?Our people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among.
