The Community Paramedic Integration Project (CPIP) is currently recruiting interns to join our growing Canadian nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare in underserved rural communities across Sri Lanka through innovative community paramedic programs.
We welcome post-secondary students and recent graduates from all academic backgrounds who are motivated, curious, and driven by global health, equity, and social impact.
Available Internship Focus Areas
Interns will work closely with CPIP leadership and may support work in the following areas:
Community health research and program development
Grant writing and fundraising initiatives
Stakeholder outreach and partnership development
Program design, monitoring, and evaluation
Social media, communications, and content creation
Administrative and project support
Who Should Apply
Post-secondary students or recent graduates (any discipline)
Strong interest in global health, health equity, and innovation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to mission-driven work
Time Commitment
Flexible start date
Minimum commitment of 5–10 hours per week
Fully remote, with occasional virtual meetings
