We are seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Client Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

A key member of our team will be responsible for providing comprehensive client service, collaborating with producers and insurers, handling renewals and endorsements, assessing risk exposures, recommending suitable insurance programs, guiding clients through claims, and preparing applications and proposals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines brokerage
• Excellent collaboration and work ethic
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• RIBO license (active and in good standing) required
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel required
