What Will You Do?
Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify new B2 B sales opportunities
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales
Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent service and follow-up
Accurately record activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system
Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
What Do You Bring?
2-3+ years of inside sales, business development or inbound order management experience
Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management
Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive independently and in a team setting
Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance
