Overview We are seeking an Infra, DBA and interface expert to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities Integrate into both teams to address capacity gaps, depending on operational needs. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of years of relevant experience and industry certifications (e.g., MSCE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience (experience in the healthcare network is an asset). Solid experience with hardware environments and operating systems (Windows Server, Unix/Linux). Proven experience in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting application servers and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL, etc.). Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare). Experience with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365). Knowledge and experience with Citrix environments. Proficient in scripting (Power Shell). Experience in incident, problem, and change management using the ITIL framework. Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues. Ability to document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) adapted to various types of stakeholders. Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented. Teamwork and collaboration. Effective time and priority management. Self-control and good judgment under stress. Bilingualism: French and English.
