The GSE Maintenance Planning Manager will have full responsibility for the maintenance planning activity and execution including daily operational planning for the fleet and ensuring proper communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Air Canada ground support equipment maintenance program, development, processes and its related regulatory environment
Experience in relevant areas of airline technical operations
Strong sense of initiative, creativity and continuous process improvement
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated accountability and leadership
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated ability to organize programs
An engineering or a technical background is a strong asset
Must be familiar with Office software, primarily Excel
M5 and I Ramp requirements set up knowledge is an asset
Ability to work extended hours as a requirement
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment.
