Senior Technical Recruiter
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical positions while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. You’ll drive sourcing strategy, manage high volume requisitions, and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and expanding our talent network.
This is a senior level position for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment and knows how to deliver results with speed, quality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Technical Recruiting:
• Manage end to end recruitment for software engineering, cloud, Dev Ops, data, cybersecurity, QA, and infrastructure roles.
• Conduct detailed technical screens to assess candidate depth, not just keyword alignment.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Executives with clear, concise summaries and insights.
Client Partnership & Account Support:
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Consult on job requirements, market trends, compensation, and hiring strategy.
• Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, and niche platforms.
• Maintain active pipelines for recurring or hard to fill roles.
• Leverage automation tools, CRM/ATS systems, and sourcing extensions to maximize efficiency.
Candidate Experience & Offer Management:
• Guide candidates through the interview process with transparency and professionalism.
• Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, and closing strategies.
• Ensure a positive experience for every candidate, regardless of outcome.
Data Driven Recruiting:
• Track and analyze key metrics such as time to fill, submittal to interview ratios, and pipeline conversion.
• Use data to refine sourcing strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to internal teams and clients.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and team development.
• Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and operations teams.
Qualifications Required:
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing/agency environment.
• Strong understanding of modern technical roles, tools, and terminology.
• Proven success filling high volume and hard to fill technical positions.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Job Diva, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year
Other Compensation (if applicable):
• Commission plan in place on top of base salary, there is no cap
