Schedule : 40 hours/week, daytime Monday to Friday. It is a unionized position.

Key tasks:
Ensure written or verbal communications with clients;
Dealing with customer complaints and feedback
Collect customer requests with a positive and enthusiastic approach to convey them to management in a clear and concise manner;
Solve customer problems
Redirect messages and phone calls from customers when it requires assistance from another department;
In collaboration with the relevant departments, collect the information requested by the customers in order to pass it on to them afterwards;
Communicate daily to management any events or situations arising from our operations that may have a positive or negative impact on customers;
Effectively prioritize workload;
All other related tasks.

Requirements:
College degree (DEC) or relevant experience;
Bilingualism (oral and written, French and English);
Knowledge of the software and suite of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
Be able to work with N4 software;
Relevant experience in the various functions of the position;
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;
Enjoy interacting with customers.
