About the Role As part of our implementations team, you will help onboard new clients and assist existing clients in implementing new or added product features. You will support and project manage strategic client deployments and act as a relationship manager throughout the deployment cycle to ensure clients are set up for ongoing success. You will work cross functionally with sales, product and technical teams to help refine our onboarding and customer success strategies and processes. What you will do: Become an expert on all aspects of Phelix’s suite of products and service, and how our customers leverage Phelix solutions for their unique challenges and workflows Develop and continuously refine the fundamentals of our customer implementation framework and assist in ongoing relationship management Assist clients in implementing Phelix products and ensure they are maximizing the value of their purchase through education, best practices, and creative set-up Provide timely and quality responses to incoming customer inquiries while creating awareness of additional value-added products and services Strategically solve client inquiries/requests by partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries/requests Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand and deliver customer outcomes, mitigate risks, assist in client's value realization, and customer’s and Phelix’s mutual success Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients Coordinate any integration or technical work required, both internal and external project management Provide feedback and requirements for integrations and product updates required to support upcoming client deployments Assist in creating implementation knowledge and training resources About you : Bachelor's degree or equivalent2+ years of experience in : a helpdesk, product support, implementation, customer success, or similar role in an enterprise Saa S setting or; a customer-facing role in a clinical setting or health technology (e.g. EMR)Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology delivery programs or projects, including defining milestones, success criteria, and on-time delivery. Interest in early adoption of advanced technology Strong communication skills and understanding of client relationship management Experience working in small dynamic teams and ability to work cross-functionally in a startup environment is a bonus !
