Lead full‑cycle recruitment across field, technical, and corporate roles
Travel to job sites, events, and key markets to source top talent
Actively headhunt and build relationships in person — not just behind a screen
Coach managers on interviewing, hiring, and talent decisions
Strengthen and scale culture as the company continues rapid expansion
Support onboarding, engagement, and People & Culture initiatives
Represent the employer brand at industry events and community partnerships
