Please note, this position will require some driving to different work sites therefore you must have a valid drivers license and be insurable to operate company vehicles. 
Responsibilities:

• Manage safety records, documentation, and vendor pre-qualification portals
• Support safety audits and help align operational practices with regulatory and internal standards
• Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions, adjusting to a variety of learning styles and comfort levels
• Build approachable, professional relationships with frontline teams to promote a consistent safety culture
• Maintain WCB claims files and reporting
• Participate in policy reviews, offering input and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with leadership, providing updates and insights while running with assigned projects independently

Who You Are:

• A reliable, adaptable individual with strong organizational and communication skills
• Health and safety exposure and/or education is required. Experience with HSE Management systems or vendor compliance systems is an asset 
• Naturally approachable, able to build trust while reinforcing safety expectations
• Comfortable having tough conversations and maintaining accountability — professionally and respectfully
• Confident in writing clear, professional emails and documentation
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable to operate company vehicles
