Head of Franchise Operations
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Franchise Operations to join our team. In this senior operations role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational success of our franchise network, ensuring that franchisees are supported, systems are optimized, and growth targets are met. Key Responsibilities
·Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise network, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all locations.
·Develop and implement operational strategies to drive franchise growth, profitability, and compliance with brand standards.
·Provide leadership and support to franchisees, including training, coaching, and troubleshooting operational challenges.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, legal) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
·Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize operational efficiency.
·Identify and implement best practices across the franchise network, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
·Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between franchisees and the corporate team.

Qualifications
·Proven experience in a senior operations role within a franchise or multi-unit business.
