I am looking for a Handyman for general maintenance, renovation and cleaning work associated with residential and commercial properties in Leamington, Wheatley, Tilbury and Windsor. General responsibilities can include yard maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical work (replacing plumbing and light fixtures etc), drywall, flooring, trim work, painting and cleaning. Duties can include general repair and maintenance as well as prepping units between tenants which may include some floor replacement (vinyl or laminate possibly tile). The individual must be able to work efficiently, effectively and independently with minimal direct supervision.



Ideally, the individual lives within Essex County with easy access to Leamington, Wheatley, Tilbury and Windsor.



Rental accommodations for this role can be available in Tilbury or possibly Leamington if required. Applicant must have their own transportation and basic tools. I am willing to train the right candidate in unfamiliar areas that possess basics skills and the willingness to learn.
