The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the club with a strong emphasis on sales, people leadership, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a high-performing sales-focused team
Driving new member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Implementing structured sales systems and accountability
Managing KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting
Ensuring exceptional customer experience and brand standards
Creating a positive, motivated, and results-driven culture
About You
You will ideally have:
Proven experience leading teams in a sales-driven environment
Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed targets
Confidence coaching, motivating, and developing people
A passion for fitness, health, or lifestyle brands
Openness to relocating internationally and embracing a new culture
Fitness industry experience is beneficial but not essential — strong leadership and sales capability are key.
