Who We Are Looking For: 5+ years of management experience in forestry, woodlands operations, or related fields Strong track record of leadership in forestry operations management, including harvesting , trucking , or road construction/maintenance Deep understanding of safety leadership , budgeting , and resource planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a focus on team building and collaboration Strategic and results-driven, with the ability to influence and lead change management initiatives in fast-paced environments Bachelor’s degree in Forestry , Engineering , Business , or a related field
