Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A
Our client is a fast-growing technology company with operations across multiple regions. As the business continues to expand its scale and sophistication, they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to support company-wide planning, forecasting, and analytical initiatives.
This highly visible role will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to drive financial insight, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Base Pay Range
$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the company’s annual operating plan, long-range forecast, and monthly variance analysis.
Build and maintain detailed financial models that capture key business drivers and support executive-level reporting.
Analyze performance against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights into key variances and trends.
Prepare executive-level presentations, including consolidated results, key performance indicators, and scenario analysis.
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to support planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain data integrity across reporting systems, ensuring a reliable “source of truth” for financial data.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across FP&A workflows.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and modeling to support business cases, growth initiatives, and executive requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Analytics, ideally within a Saa S or high-growth environment.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with planning and reporting systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment.
Strong understanding of Saa S financial metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, etc.) and subscription-based revenue models.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred.
