TechnologyUnderstanding that the success of a developer hinges on grasping core business processes, requirements, architecture patterns, and technology strategy (e.g., Transformation, Smart Core, Dev Ops). Responsible for designing and coding detailed software solutions, ensuring adherence to security, logging, error handling, and performance standards, as well as non-functional requirements.
Develops, configures, and integrates code aligned with architecture patterns and technology strategy. Evaluates new technologies for compatibility and impact on the system, aiming for defect-free software that meets requirements and supports the development of shared assets. Supports production issue resolution and suggests process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, and support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations.
- Manage all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, and third-party integrations.
- Develop custom applications and code to support business needs and decision-making.
- Write, test, analyze, and implement high-quality code per specifications.
- Define and monitor compliance with version control, backup, and recovery processes.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
- Provide technical leadership, establishing best practices for development, deployment, and testing.
- Create technical documentation based on business requirements.
- Assist in scoping and planning CRM projects and initiatives.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Certified Salesforce.com Developer).
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
Salary:
$74,800.00 - $138,600.00Pay Type:
SalariedSalaries vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications, and may include commissions. For part-time roles, salaries are pro-rated. The listed salary is the target for the first year for commission roles. Total compensation may include incentives, bonuses, and other benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.
