About the work environment: Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment.

In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home.

Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

About you: As a Sales Solution Engineers at Peoples Group you will be responsible for preparing technical presentations of products or services to customers and prospective customers, while providing technical support with project implementations.

About you / qualifications: Product knowledge (Payment Rails, Visa/Mastercard Issuing or Acquiring, Financial Solutions)Solutioning tools (i.e.

Visio, Lucid, Miro)Technical requirements (Postman, JIRA, Confluence, backend systems)Presentation skills Problem solving Team collaboration General programming skills Verbal communication Requirements analysis Innovation Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes About the day-to-day: Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients.

Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team Confer with sales teams to understand client requirements and use cases Provides product and technical information by answering questions and requests Present products and solutioning to clients Regularly review sales process improvements Provide feedback to product teams for product enhancements Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Create or improve solutioning process to continue to improve efficiency/design Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan Annual Compensation: Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity.

Salary for this position will vary between $90,000 and $120,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience that the chosen candidate possess.
