Job Summary Beautifi is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the development of our Salesforce Platform, Loan Management System and Credit Decisioning Engine. This role will collaborate closely with various teams such as our Product and Technology team, Strategy and Operations teams and Risk to develop solutions to enhance productivity and business efficiency. This position requires a strong development background, both in Salesforce and experience with Python, and the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.

Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
Develop, maintain, and test Python scripts used for decisioning logic.
Ensure alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as needed.
Work closely with project teams to deliver new functionality and enable business growth.
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Provide test scripts and facilitate UAT for developed features.
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
Keep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proficiency in Apex, Python, SOQL, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with Java Script, specifically React is a bonus.
Experience with Tableau and Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Developer certification.
This is a Hybrid or Remote role. Applicants can be based out of our Vancouver or Toronto office, with option to work remote.
