We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level. Responsibilities:    In a professional and timely manner, perform the following activities:Preparing detailed program budgets for all production including cash flows, financial statements and budgetary forecasts. Monitoring and authorizing all production expendituresSet-up and maintain administrative infrastructure to ensure proper flow of budget information, contract administration, and reconciling of costsThorough and accurate coding, cost reporting and reconciling actuals of the overall budgets Coordination of all production requirements: business arrangements, production schedules, contracts, crew, suppliers, gear, travel and all purchasing related to the production budget.Responsible for all types of clearance, copyright, ACTRA, policies and proceduresOversee the production management,  studio floor and post production teamsWork with other in-house production units to ensure efficiency of resourcesOther Production Manager duties as assigned. Qualifications:   2-5 years Production Management experience with a knowledge of live studio shows and a thorough understanding of the technical side of TelevisionA strong knowledge of general accounting principlesAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines of several simultaneous duties, while maintaining focus and composureStrong people leadership skillsStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, collaborate and take initiativeStrong communication skills both oral and writtenExcellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint #Talent #EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.  Additional Information:Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular - Full Time Job Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto Flexible work profile: Full-time in office (meaning that you will be required to perform your work on-site)Application Deadline: 08/26/2022

    Ontario is one of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada. Located in Central Canada, it is Canada's most populous province, with 38.3 percent of the country's population, and is the second-largest province in total area. Ontario is the fourth-largest jurisdiction in total area when the territories of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are included. It is home to the nation's capital city, Ottawa, and the nation's most populous city, Toronto, which is also Ontario's provincial capital. Ontario is bordered by the province of Manitoba to the west, Hudson Bay and James Bay to the north, and Quebec to the east and northeast, and to the south by the U.S. states of (from west to east) Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. The great majority of Ontario's population and arable land is in the south. In contrast, the larger, northern part of Ontario is sparsely populated with cold winters and heavy forestation.
