Compensation: ~$100-125 K base + bonus with meaningful upside

These are physician-led, high-volume clinical environments that require disciplined execution, strong leadership presence, and a mindset focused on operational excellence and financial performance.

Comfortable owning P&L outcomes and motivated by a clear EBITDA-tied bonus structure

Likely earlier in your leadership career but hungry for real responsibility and autonomy
Take full operational leadership of several complementary healthcare services businesses, with direct accountability for workflow efficiency, service levels, and financial performance
Build and manage a high-performing front-line team, setting expectations, coaching, and addressing performance gaps
Operations run smoothly with measurable improvements in efficiency and financial performance
Staff operate with clarity, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement
