Our client in Financial Services is growing their security team and is looking to bring on a Cyber Security Specialist to oversee the Architecture and Engineering of their PAM and IAM environments. This is a permanent fulltime role on a rapidly growing team.
Key Capabilities & Responsibilities
- Drive and advance privileged access management (PAM) and identity access management (IAM) and that aligns with the company's Business and IS Strategy
- Manage and operate IAM and PAM platforms including provisioning, birthright roles, entitlements, segregation of duties, authentication, authorization, human and non-human credential and role management, access certification, logging, analytics and reporting, privileged access management, across both internal and cloud platforms
- Design-level and hands-on skills with the following privileged access management technologies: CyberArk Privileged Access Suite, Secure Password Vault and Safes, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the efficient management of operational functions of all Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management
- Provide technical and governance input to IAM and PAM projects
- Hands-on experience to install, upgrade, patch, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot IAM and PAM platforms
- Expert level experience with Java, JavaScript, Beanshell, PowerShell, JSON, XML, RPC, SQL, Python and REST development
- Create and update technical project documentation and Visio diagrams showing low level architecture view (infrastructure, network, communications, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory with emphasis on engineering design, migration, management, and support of implementations
- Create the Jira tasks and assign them to the teams for execution and tracking
- Strong skills in documenting system configurations, standards, and procedures
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques
- Support the preparation of change requests, plan, and coordinate all implementations for production and non-production environments
- Collaborates effectively with the development teams to work on and assess defects and provide L2/L3 production support
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years' hands-on design and implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault
- Strong experience of Java, JavaScript, Beanshell, JSON, XML, RPC, SQL, Python and REST development
- Experience delivering two or more SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) implementations in a Financial Institution
- One or more IAM and PAM certifications (SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Cloud Engineer and/or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Security Engineer, CyberArk Sentry and/or Guardian)
- Direct Experience in Authentication/Governance products: SailPoint IdentityNow
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is a definite asset
