About the Role
The Business Development Director, Enterprise (Sales Executive) will lead new business development activities and grow market share within Canada. This role involves collaborating with major accounts and the Customer Relationship Partner team to drive growth and adoption of new services. The director will be a key member of the team, supporting TELUS Health's objectives across Canada, and working closely with teams in Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, and Finance to execute campaigns and proposals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure quota coverage.
- Achieve quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Develop direct sales channels through account-based sales and cold outreach strategies.
- Sell well-being solutions via direct and broker/consultant channels.
- Represent Life Works enthusiastically in presentations, relationships, and networking activities.
- Build new broker relationships and influence decision-making processes.
- Nurture existing partners for long-term relationships.
- Communicate professionally and confidently, articulating the business proposition and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on prospecting.
