Capgemini is seeking an ADMS Delivery Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON. As the ADMS Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in overall management and delivery of ADMS systems implementations and integration programs for our Power, Utilities & Renewables clients. You will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and provide strategic guidance to drive value and ensure flawless project execution.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams across various groups involved in the project, including Functional, Technical, Design, Architecture, PMO, Business Process, Integration, Testing, Infrastructure, Security, and Deployment across all program stakeholder groups within Capgemini, the client and vendors
Use fundamental program/project management processes and tools, risk and issue management, financial management, schedule management, document management and integration management
Build and develop teams of Capgemini Advisory professionals
Establish and manage client relationships to navigate project challenges
Leverage industry knowledge and insights to drive business strategies and customer experience.
Spearhead selling strategy and identify new opportunities to support business transformations and implementations.
Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead aspects of the proposal development process and pursuit teams; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Showcase domain expertise through thought leadership activities such as writing point of view documents, participating in public speaking events and/or being published in industry periodicals.
Participate in ADMS business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions
Assist in proposals and commercial propositions that align with customer needs and differentiate Capgemini from the competition
Desired Skills and Attributes: Technical systems integration knowledge with an understanding of configuration/customization of operational systems, designing and enabling solutions, data migration and conversion required for systems to operate
Ability to understand the scope and challenges of ADMS implementations, identify skills and experience required to deliver high quality systems integration projects
Experience managing project financials to successfully deliver while maintaining or increasing quality and team morale
Demonstrated experience in delivery excellence, with the ability to drive projects to deliver a superior client experience
Effectively navigate ambiguous and complex relationships and contexts with a very good level of emotional intelligence, supporting coaching and feedback
Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
Ability to interpret cross-geography insights and collaborate with delivery professionals to enhance client service delivery
Business-Technology acumen, exhibited through ability to articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
Adapt to varied cultural and personal styles to work effectively with others' differences, concerns, and motivations
Develop an inclusive culture in which timely, authentic feedback and coaching are provided to all colleagues and team members and help mentor, coach, and counsel team members
Identify and evaluate new ideas, better ways of working, technologies, or external products to expand Capgemini capabilities
Demonstrate passion in promoting Capgemini strategy, services, and values
Required Qualifications: 8+ years' experience working with Utilities clients or in the Utilities sector
Solid understanding of ADMS operations, business processes, use cases, business value and OT vendor landscape
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work on complex problems and coordinate cross-functional teams
Experience deploying SCADA, OMS, or ADMS at least two times
Skill in handling intricate technical projects with diverse team members from around the world
Flexibility to travel Monday to Thursday up to 80% of the work schedule
