Title: HR Due Diligence & Value

Review and provide insights on risks and opportunities related to:
Total compensation (salary, benefits)
Pension and retirement plans
Executive compensation and long-term incentives
Change of control agreements
Organization, culture, and HR compliance
Financial modeling applied to HR issues (EBITDA impact, costs, debt structures)
HR carve-outs and evaluation of TSA (Transition Service Agreements)
Post-transaction value creation and HR cost optimization
Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex and incomplete data
Experience preparing executive deliverables and due diligence reports
Experience and Education
5+ years of progressive experience in:
HR consulting
HR due diligence in an M&A environment
Proven experience working on complex, high-stakes transactions
University degree in: Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
Actuarial designation in pensions or employee benefits, or in progress (ASA / ACIA) — strongly preferred
