As the TV Content Strategy Manager, you will lead the TV content and packaging strategy across all of Bell’s TV offerings. This entails leadership and end-to-end ownership of initiatives that drive customer engagement and customer growth by interpreting data, assessing content quality, evaluating the competitive landscape, understanding the regulatory environment, and collaborating closely with Marketing, IT and Technology teams. Responsibilities:Product manage all of Bell TV’s packaging platforms, which lead the industry in customer value and innovation, while achieving financial and subscriber targetsDevelop multi-year TV packaging strategy and roadmap to drive towards long-term company objectivesUse customer behavior, usage and engagement data  to support packaging decisions and communicate recommendations to senior executivesMaintain a detailed competitive analysis framework that  tracks competitors’ TV products in order to identify market risks and opportunitiesSupport business case development to quantify financial and customer impacts of pricing and packaging changesManage end-to-end implementation, from concept to launch, of approved initiatives and ensure that all deliverables, including those from cross-functional partners, are flawlessly executed on timePartner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content Operations, Regulatory, Legal,  IT, Technology, Customer Operations and Finance to achieve organizational objectives Critical Qualifications: University degree in a business disciplineExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadersAbility to lead cross functional teams towards one end goal Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player, with a passion for achieving results and driving improvementA passion for TV content and improving the customer experienceExperience designing executive level PowerPoint presentationsExcellent communication  both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications: MBA or financial designationPrevious experience in consulting, business strategy, telecommunications, TV, or mediaPrior project management, execution, or program delivery experienceExpert in PowerPointExperience using Excel to analyze business decisions and impacts #talent #LI-AS1 #EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.  Additional Information:Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular - Full Time Job Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Nova Scotia : Halifax || Canada : Ontario : Don Mills || Canada : Quebec : Montreal Flexible work profile : MobileApplication Deadline: 10/03/2022
