Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Property Manager at Onyx Condo Management located in Hamilton. The Licensed Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Property Management (General License with the CMRAO preferred, though Limited License accepted for the right person). This person MUST be licensed with the CMRAO to be considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property maintenance
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service orientation and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in property management software
