Join a fast-growing beauty brand based in downtown Toronto (4x/week in-office). We're looking for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and brings strong e Commerce strategy skills to drive website conversions, optimize online sales, and grow our digital presence.

- Ecommerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Digital Marketing & Customer Conversion: Manage SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance performance.
- Website Management & Technical Optimization: Ensure smooth site functionality, oversee backend integrations, and troubleshoot issues to optimize user experience.
- Omni-channel Marketing & Social Strategy: Collaborate with social media teams to align marketing efforts and create a seamless shopping experience.
- Amazon Marketplace Management: Lead strategy and execution for Amazon, including product listings, advertising, and promotional tactics to maximize visibility and sales.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track and analyze data to optimize marketing spend, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate a large-scale ecommerce budget effectively to drive growth and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer service, fulfillment, and creative teams to enhance ecommerce operations.
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in CPG or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Proven ability to scale DTC ecommerce businesses and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.) and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience managing large marketing and ecommerce budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Direct experience managing Amazon seller and/or vendor accounts.
- Strong data analysis skills and a deep understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with international ecommerce markets (Canada, USA, UK).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, UX optimization, and influencer marketing.
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors for technical support and paid media campaigns.
