REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience performing data migrations in an enterprise environment
Minimum 5 years of experience performing data management services in a development environment
Minimum 3 years of experience developing data management standards and processes
Extensive knowledge of defining and implementing data requirements
Extensive knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
Extensive knowledge of developing data mapping and data flow diagrams
Excellent communications, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
Experience with Oracle Fusion
Experience working on e CRM implementation teams
Ability to produce architecture documents, reusable processes, standards, and architecture building blocks
Ability to translate high-level and detailed design specifications into data requirements
Ability to estimate resourcing requirements
Ability to make recommendations for data cleansing and standardization
Ability to produce data models, metadata, data mappings, and configurations
Ability to create data extract, cleansing, and formatting scripts
Ability to consult with reporting specialists and optimize data for reporting
Ability to assess master data management capabilities and opportunities and implement as required
