Corporate Receptionist
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC (In-Office)
Salary: $50,000 – $57,000 + Benefits
Our client, a high-profile professional services firm located in the core of downtown Vancouver, is seeking a polished and proactive Corporate Receptionist to be the face of their organization and support day-to-day office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, client-facing environment and enjoys balancing administrative coordination with front-of-house responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately
Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office calendars
Oversee office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep
Support internal teams with administrative tasks, document preparation, and filing
Assist with onboarding logistics and office-related projects as needed
Maintain a polished and organized front office environment at all times
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordination role
Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative
