Eligibility: This program is exclusively open to Land Claims Beneficiaries as part of our commitment to supporting meaningful career pathways within Nunavut. What We Offer: A full-time, on-site Cook position within a supportive and collaborative team On-the-job culinary training and mentorship from experienced chefs A bi-weekly housing allowance provided specifically for participants in this program Exposure to a wide range of kitchen operations including prep, line cooking, and menu development What We're Looking For: An interest in learning and growing within the culinary profession Willingness to work a minimum of 32 hours per week Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment About Us: The Frobisher Inn is one of Nunavut’s leading full-service hotels, proudly serving the local community and travelers from around the world.
