Our federal government client is seeking a Senior Succession Planning Consultant to support in the development of succession planning and talent management policies and programs. This is a one year contract that would require the resource on a part time basis. Scope of work: Analyze executive/manager leadership skills, strengths, and weaknesses within the talent management process. Develop leadership improvement programs Design, develop, and implement mentorship programs Develop talent management and succession readiness strategies Incorporate Gender-Based Analysis Plus into key functions concepts for succession planning to ensure that Designated Groups are not directly and indirectly discriminated against Experience and Qualifications: French Language skills are considered an asset Musty hold a valid reliability security clearance Must have over 5 years experience with career management, succession planning, performance appraisal, and leadership development within the public sector Must have completed post secondary education from a recognized Canadian institution Apply today or refer a colleague
