Principales responsabilités:
• Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie structurée de développement des affaires
• Élaboration de plans stratégiques pour les prospects et les clients existants.
• Fournir aux clients un examen initial de leur plan financier existant ou créer un nouveau plan financier
• Mener une analyse complémentaire des besoins sur plusieurs plans financiers
• Mener des études de marché pour comprendre les tendances du marché
• Maintenir et établir des relations avec les clients existants.
• Identifier les opportunités de développement des affaires d'investissement supplémentaires et faciliter la mise en œuvre d'une solution d'investissement et / ou la référence aux partenaires de gestion de patrimoine appropriés
• Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie structurée de développement des affaires
Exigences:
• Licence de planificateur financier
• Désignation de planification financière ou planificateur financier agréé
• Compétences efficaces en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français
• Capacité à gérer

Associate Financial Advisor

Key Accountabilities
• Developing and implementing a structured business development strategy
• Developing strategic plans for prospects and existing clients.
• Providing clients with an initial review of their existing financial plan or creating a new financial plan
• Conducting complimentary needs analysis across several financial planning
• Conducting market research to understand market trends
• Maintain and building relationship with existing clients.
• Identifying additional investment business development opportunities and facilitating the implementation of an investment solution and / or referral to the appropriate Wealth Management partners
• Developing and implementing a structured business development strategy
Requirements:
• Financial Planner License
• Financial Planning Designation or Certified Financial Planner
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to manage
