What You'll Do:- Operate CNC equipment and set up machines for drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Read blueprints and work orders to meet specifications.
- Load materials, inspect products, and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and adjust machines for optimal performance.
- Perform test runs, setups, and basic programming independently.
- Contribute to team goals with quality results.
What You Bring: - Experience: Ideally 5+ years in CNC machining with experience in either lathe or milling operations - Education: High school diploma with a DEP in Machining Techniques, DEC in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.- Leadership: Autonomous, resourceful, and equipped with a team lead personality.
