Own client relationship management: onboarding new clients, acting as the business liaison, tracking client satisfaction, helping to ensure successful delivery and renewal/expansion conversations Serve as the point person for partnerships: identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with strategic partners (technology, channel, go-to-market)Help with internal administration: expense tracking, vendor contracts, scheduling, basic HR/admin tasks Manage aspects of social media and content presence: help maintain company social channels, craft posts in coordination with the team, engage the community
