This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and C-suite executives. You will lead strategy development and ensure smooth transitions while monitoring client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, manage onboarding, budgets, compliance, and drive growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong client and prospect relationships • Introduce additional solution lines to drive growth • Lead annual planning and client communications • Monitor client satisfaction and address risks • Collaborate with Delivery Leads in client meetings

Requirements: • Hands-on experience in Health Benefits required • Strong record of maintaining effective professional relationships • High Emotional Intelligence with a problem-solving mindset • Ability to obtain Life Insurance license within 12 months • Post-secondary education in business preferred
