Position Title: Client Experience Representative (permanent, full time)
Location: Brampton Head Office (7975 Heritage Rd, Brampton, ON L6 Y 5 X5)
At TG Appliance Group., we’re committed to delivering industry-leading appliance solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. We’re currently looking for a Client Experience Representative to join our Client Experience & Support Team.
Job Duties
Deliver superior customer service via phone, email, and chat
Research and resolve customer issues, liaising with other departments when necessary
Schedule deliveries, installations, and service calls with accuracy and within timelines.
Create and update tickets in Hub Spot, taking first action on all customer challenges and transportation refusals
Assist customers with compensation options (e.g., damage allowance, gift certificates) when appropriate
Locate and review original orders, quotes, and packing slips to resolve discrepancies
Manage inboxes and forms within Hub Spot
Requirements
Secondary School Diploma required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (appliance industry is an asset)
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
Ability to manage frequent interruptions and short deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (Hub Spot), AI-driven tools, MS Office, and emerging technologies
Physical Demands:
Able to move with ease throughout; sitting, standing, walking intervals.
Able to sit at a computer work station/ desk for minimum 3 hours intervals.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
