Your Role:
As a Chief/Senior Estimator, you’ll be the strategic force behind winning bids and successful builds. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, institutional (ICI), and high-rise residential projects—ranging in size from $10 million to $200 million.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate take-offs and cost estimates.
Conduct estimate reviews and governance requirement reviews of less experienced staff.
Research new materials, methods, and technologies.
Build and maintain relationships with trades, suppliers, and consultants.
Analyze quotes and ensure all scope elements are covered.
Identify market opportunities and monitor project leads.
Collaborate with leadership to strategize proposals and project approaches.
Determine annual labour and equipment costs.

What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in the Canadian construction industry.
Proven background in ICI or high-rise residential estimation, project sizes up to $100 M+.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software (e.g., On Screen Takeoff).
Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.
You must be able to obtain a Government of Canada, Secret level security clearance.
