Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Campaigns and Leads to support the Private Wealth business with day to day campaign execution, analysis, and reporting. This is a hands on role focused on end to end 360 degree campaign delivery, including data investigation, audience selection, execution support, and post campaign performance reporting.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross functional teams, providing actionable insights and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently. This role directly supports Yousriyah and the broader team and requires strong technical capability paired with excellent communication skills.
Campaign Execution and BAU Support
Execute and support day to day campaign BAU activities, including running existing campaigns and supporting new campaign launches
Manage full end to end 360 degree campaign workflows from data preparation through post campaign reporting
Support campaigns across multiple programs, including
Mortgages
Deposits
Prospective and existing client initiatives
Data model driven campaigns
Data Analysis and Investigation
Perform data investigations to support campaign requirements and troubleshoot issues
Analyze and validate data linkages, joins, and audience segmentation logic
Work with large datasets, including merging, transforming, and validating data
Use SQL and SAS Enterprise Guide to support campaign data needs
Reporting and Insights
Deliver post campaign reporting and performance analysis
Interpret campaign results and translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
Present findings clearly to business partners and stakeholders
Support reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI where applicable
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate findings through email, presentations, and in person discussions
Act as a trusted partner to hands on business stakeholders
Clearly explain technical data outputs to non technical audiences
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign execution, analysis, and reporting
Strong experience supporting end to end 360 degree campaigns
Proven hands on experience running multi channel campaigns
Direct execution experience, not monitoring only
Technical Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
SQL based, hard coding focused experience required
Not limited to GUI or minor usage
Very strong SQL proficiency
Experience with
Data investigations and troubleshooting
Data joins, transformations, and validation
ETL concepts and tooling
Comfortable working with large campaign and customer datasets
