Business Analyst – TAINA
Where world‑class product thinking meets real‑world regulatory impact
Do you want to work somewhere your analysis actually shapes the product — not just documents it?
Do you enjoy sitting at the intersection of customers, data, and engineering?
Do you believe great platforms are built by people who deeply understand real client problems?
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
🌟 Who You Are
You’re a translator. A connector. Someone who can move seamlessly between clients, engineers, data, and product.
You’re the kind of Business Analyst who:
✔️ Loves solving messy, real‑world problems
✔️ Asks why before jumping to how
✔️ Enjoys being customer‑facing and trusted by senior stakeholders
✔️ Is comfortable with complex systems, data flows, and edge cases
✔️ Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
✔️ Thrives in high‑trust, low‑micromanagement environments
✔️ Cares deeply about quality, clarity, and outcomes
✔️ Wants their work to genuinely matter
If that resonates, you’ll feel at home at TAINA.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Analyst at TAINA, you’ll play a critical role in integrating our platform into some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
You’ll be responsible for:

Engaging stakeholders on technical, operational, and business‑process topics
Defining clear, high‑quality requirements in collaboration with subject‑matter experts

Working closely with delivery teams to shape BDD requirements and acceptance criteria
Owning the acceptance phase of new features and supporting deployment readiness
Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
Supporting product demonstrations for existing and prospective clients
This is not a passive role.
You’ll have visibility, autonomy, and real influence over how our platform evolves.
