Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for exhibiting hands on leadership in the area of operations. They work closely with sales and focus on growing the business in a way that emphasizing customer solutions. In this role you are measured by your leadership skills, how well you can help other people, your patience, your communication skills, and your appetite to take on and conquer new challenges.

· Sharp attention to detail and administrative skills
· The ability to work well with customers

Compensation is 80-85k salary range, bonus up to 15% annually, vehicle allowance, pension, benefits, stock purchase plan.

Requirements
-Prior experience running a business in the industrial sector is an asset
-Previous experience providing services/products to an industrial customer base is preferred
-Skilled in people leadership, budgeting/forecasting, operations management
-Background in machinery/tooling sector is beneficial
-Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
