What We Offer: Complimentary staff meals Complimentary parking Hourly rate: $18 - $20 (Non-tipping environment)Wellness Spending Account Paid Sick/Wellness days What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional service by greeting and serving members courteously, professionally, and timely. Set up and maintain dining and banquet areas, ensuring tables are clean, polished, and ready for service. Perform Banquet Server duties including serving Hors d'oeuvre, serving beverages and food, and clearing tables. Work collaboratively with other Banquet Servers, Banquet Manager/Captain, Kitchen and Bar team to deliver a seamless dining experience throughout the function. Follow allhealth and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service (Smart Serve required). Handle member inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. What We’re Looking For: Hospitality Enthusiasts: Passionate about food, beverage, and delivering first-class service. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant/banquet or hospitality environment. Education: High school diploma is required;post-secondary education in hospitalityis an asset. Smart Serve Certified: Required before employment. Wine & Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of wine service is a plus!Team Player: Works well in afast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible Schedule: Available to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. POS Knowledge: Familiarity with JONAS POS systemis an asset.
