Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) avocat(e) de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente en matière de litige fiscal, intéressé(e) à se joindre à notre groupe de Fiscalité du bureau de Montréal.

Le groupe de fiscalité agit dans tous les domaines du droit fiscal canadien, y compris les aspects fiscaux complexes des fusions et acquisitions de sociétés ouvertes et fermées, les marchés de capitaux, des investissements et coentreprises stratégiques, les fonds d’investissement de même que des réorganisations et restructurations de sociétés dans un contexte national ou transfrontalier.



À titre d’avocat(e) en litige fiscal, vous serez appelé(e) à représenter des clients devant les autorités fiscales et les tribunaux dans des dossiers d’envergure touchant à des enjeux canadiens et internationaux tels la règle générale anti-évitement (RGAÉ), les réorganisations corporatives, les structures d’investissement, les réorganisations corporatives, les prix de transfert, la fiscalité municipale, les fiducies et sociétés de gestion familiales, les crédits d’impôt à la recherche et au développement, les contrôles judiciaires, les taxes de vente ainsi que les conventions fiscales.

Description



We are looking for a lawyer with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in tax dispute resolution and litigation, interested in joining our Montréal office’s Tax Group.

Our Tax group focuses on all areas of Canadian tax law, including complex tax matters related to public and private mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, strategic investments and joint ventures, investment funds and corporate reorganizations and restructurings in a domestic and cross-border context.



As a tax litigation associate, you will represent clients before tax authorities and courts in large cases involving domestic and international matters such as the general anti-avoidance rule (GAAR), corporate reorganizations, investment structures and funds, corporate reorganizations, transfer pricing, trusts, family holdings, municipal taxes, research and development tax credits, judicial reviews, sales taxes as well as tax treaties.
