Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Victoria, BC, for a Mechanical Project Manager. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the entire project management process for mechanical and plumbing systems, from planning and procurement to execution and completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with building services and safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Building Services and Plumbing and or HVAC
Proficiency in Procurement and Budgeting
Strong background in mechanical construction
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
