Hays has partnered with a renowned construction management firm located in Mississauga, ON. They are hiring a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager with extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial construction in GTA and around. They will provide strong client relations and will be responsible for the overall profitability and success of every project under their control.
Required:
Post-secondary education degree or diploma in a construction-related area of study.
Minimum of 10 years of direct project management work experience working in high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.
Demonstrated success in leading multiple project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Ability to lead multiple teams and to attract, identify and develop talent.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with concerned parties
