YOUR ROLE



Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary function is to promote and sell all the company’s services, to maintain and develop new business opportunities in order to meet budget objectives.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Conduct systematic market intelligence to find business opportunities.
Identify potential customers and qualify them.
Construct prospective sales pipelines
Build, develop and foster good business relationships vital to the success of the department both internally and externally.
Hit and exceed agreed sales KPIs, and monthly registration targets. Creates and maintains records of all sales and marketing activities in CRM system with weekly reporting to the department head.
Develop and maintain knowledge of services and operations offered, and actively participate in product training sessions
Participate in various generating business events (conventions, conferences, etc.)
Write and submit bids alone or with members of the team.
Provide bids and quotations, participate in negotiations.
Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders.
Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until integration at the operational level.
Manage closely and consistently the customer relationships by using the support of the various departments of the company.
Participate actively in problem solving.
Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM.
Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



Diploma in Collegial studies related to the job requirements or the equivalent in professional experience.
10 years’ experience in logistics services sales


Skills and Competencies:



Very good knowledge of MS Office environment.
Ability to build business relations.
Knowledge and understanding of the market and its competition.
Technical knowledge of the job
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to negotiate and persuade
Team player
Integrity, organization, autonomy, and dynamism.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptability and initiative.
