Job Title : ITAM Process Architect
Location: Montreal (Office attendance from day 1)
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and define a clear vision for what the new ITAM processes will look like and how they will be consumed within the IT organisation.
- Define and document the ITAM process, the interlocks with existing Service Management processes, and document work instructions for remediating common issues likely to impact existing processes.
- To provide a roadmap, highlighting activities which would mature the function over time and embed within the organisation.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews with other process owners such as Service Management process owners and stakeholders, documenting their process requirements
- Analyse existing ITAM processes, and identify how known or expected recurring issues will be managed with new processes
- Document new process
- Document interlocks between existing key Service Management processes, including understanding any existing governance or policies which may be impacted.
- Document work instruction procedures to remediate issues
- Provide briefing to other process owners
- Produce roadmap of proposed future enhancements
- Provide a summary of what communication approach will be required to educate the wider IT team on the use of the new ITAM processes
- Provide a suggested approach to any formal training which may be required for the new ITAM processes for the wider IT team
Qualifications:
- Excellence / deep experience in IT Asset Management, preferably in ServiceNow
