JOB RESPONSIBILITIESJonas is seeking a Software installer.
The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of software, hardware and networks.
They will be able to apply their knowledge to effectively communicate with customers, prospects and internal staff to get Jonas properly installed.
Report to the Team Lead for daily direction and the Manager, PS for administration: Quality of Service Monitoring, improving and maintaining installations to ensure top quality service Being the subject matter expert for all matters related to installations for the company; working closely with the Implementation & Sales teams Use listening and problem solving skills to troubleshoot client and prospect issues – networking/hardware issues, data integrity issues, permissions, performance issues, procedural processes etc.
